Believed to be the only survivor in this particular form. This is an exquisite car with an utterly original untouched interior. The coachwork is Rover's own, a picture of which is shown in an original Rover Catalogue which comes with the car. The price when new was £425.00. The cunning roof mechanism folds down easily & allows access to the dickey seat even when down.

The car comes with all the standard fittings as depicted in the catalogue. Brass opera lamps, artillery wheels, brass trumpet horn etc etc. The interior has a full complement of instruments including a Rotax ammeter & Smiths speedometer allowing for an optimistic 60mph reading. The indicated mileage is 88,038, which is believed to be correct backed up by mentions in the correspondence.

The car has been under the present ownership for the last 14 years where it has seen sparing but regular use. Assorted works have been undertaken during this time including rebuilding of the radiator & a complete rebuild of the rear axle including manufacture of a new worm drive.

The car starts readily & runs beautifully. The engine feels mechanically strong with a "go anywhere" feel. The car is equipped with its original electric starter & also has a starting handle.

A mass of paperwork pertaining to the car comes with it including bills & correspondence from former owners. An assortment of Plaques on the windshield surround attest to the car having won assorted Concours D' Elegance in 1934 & 1935. Given the originality of the car it is a suitable candidate for conservation class at any event it attends.
